Lobster Chowder Recipe Ingredients:
1 Pound potatoes, peeled & diced
1 Pound cooked lobster meat
3 Cups whole milk
1 Cup heavy cream
salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 Pound onion, chopped
2 Cups water or fish stock
1 tbsp butter
dash paprika
Lobster Chowder Cooking Method:
Cook potatoes, onions and lobster until tender. Remove lobster and flake. Return to potato and onion mixture. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly, do not boil as this curdles the milk. Add a few drops of Nevis pepper sauce for those who really like spicy soups and I mean a few drops, not a spoonful or it will be too hot.
