Grilled Tuna Recipe – Nevis Style
Grilled Tuna Recipe Ingredients:
One 1-1/2 lb (625g) slice of tuna
2 T Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 Cup sliced green olives
1 Tablespoon capers
1 medium onion, finely minced
2 red peppers, de-seeded and chopped
3 tomatoes, peeled, de-seeded and chopped
1 clove of garlic
Grilled Tuna Recipe Cooking Method:
Season tuna with salt and pepper and brown in olive oil. After the tuna is browned, remove from skillet while sauteing the onion and peppers. When the vegetables are just tender, add the other ingredients and combine together. Place the tuna back into the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice & peas and a mixed green salad.
