The improved Nevis Tourism Destination Brochure “Nevis Naturally”, was launched recently, with the addition of a five minute video presentation of the destination by the Nevis Tourism Authority (NTA) at its conference room.

The brochure with a new concept, packaging and paper choice will be distributed at the World Travel Market to travel and tour operators around the world and circulated locally.

Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism Mr. Tyrone O’Flaherty described the brochure as another important tool in the valuable work of the NTA and regarded the new concept as timely. The Authority is charged with the promotion of Nevis.

Excellent Sir Caleb Azariah Paul Southwell, and the Rt. Excellent Sir Joseph N. France at winning for every Kittitian and Nevisian the right to vote, despite others’ determination to keep us vote-less. It was marked by their determination ““ and success – at winning for every Kittitian and Nevisian the right to a secondary education despite others’ determination to keep us locked out, uneducated and uninformed. It was marked by their determination ““ and success – at winning for every Kittitian and Nevisian social security during old age despite others’ indifference to the shame and destitution that gripped our forebears by the thousands when they became too old to earn their daily bread,” St. Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas said in his 25th Anniversary Address to the Nation during the Ceremonial Parade. It was the first time since 1996, that the Independence Message was delivered at the Ceremonial Parade.
