Seven pieces of legislation will be debated when the St. Kitts and Nevis National Assembly meets on Thursday.
Prime Minister and Minister of National Security, Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas will introduce and pilot through all three readings, The anti-terrorism (Amendment) (No.2) Bill, 2009; The Proceeds on Crime (Amendment) Bill, 2009, The National Assembly Elections (Amendment) Bill 2009 and The Firearms (Amendment) (No.2) Bill, 2009.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, the Hon. Sam Condor will pilot through Thursday’s sitting, The Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (Amendment) Bill, 2009.
The Cemeteries (Amendment) Bill stands in the name of Minister of Health, Social and Community Development, the Hon. Rupert Herbert, while Minister of Public Works, Utilities, Transport & Posts, Dr. the Hon. Earl Asim Martin, will pilot through The Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Bill, 2009
