Nevis’ NRP Government Reports On First Year In Office

The Premier of Nevis, the Hon. Joseph Parry will meet with Nevisian Nationals in North America when he visits Toronto and New York during August 9-13, 2007.  He will report on the first year’s accomplishments of the Nevis Reformation Party led Nevis Island Administration.

Premier Parry will be accompanied by a delegation consisting of Deputy Premier the Hon. Hensley Daniel, Junior Minister the Hon. Carlisle Powell and Advisor to the Premier, Mr. Llewellyn Parris.

“I plan to take this opportunity to show a prepared power point presentation and to discuss some of our many accomplishments through out the past year, such as Phase III of the Road improvement Project, the Homework Assistance program, Additional Housing implemented by our administration, Financial Assistance for further education and other implemented programs and projects,” said Premier Parry.

When Mr. Parry returns to Nevis he and some of his cabinet members will be preparing for a visit with friends and Nationals of Nevis residing in the United States Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands from August 16-19, 2007.

While there, Premier Parry will elaborate on the programs, projects and the way forward for Nevis under the New Nevis Island Administration.
