Oleanvine Maynard lives in Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. During Labour’s bogus electoral reform process, her name appeared on the list of voters for Keys Village.

The People’s Action Movement to her inclusion on the list, along with several others who do not live in Constituency #8.

The Registration Officer for the constituency is Mr. Joseph Edmead. Mr. Joseph Edmead wrote a letter to Mr. Eugene Hamilton, the People’s Action Movement for Constituency #8. The letter was dated in September 2009. Mr. Joseph Edmead has stated in that letter that he agreed that Oleanvine Maynard should not be on the Register of Voters for Keys Village. He said he was allowing the objection to her inclusion.

Mark you, that was since September 2009. On Nomination Day, this month, the name of Oleanvine Maynard iS still in the registry of voters for Keys Village.

What kind of election is this? How can Oleanvine Maynard’s name be on the Register of Voters when the Registration Officer has put it in writing that she should not be on the Register of Voters for Keys Village.

Is it any wonder that people are saying that that is how Labour has been saying they are winning elections? Labour is too cheat! But Cheating Labour is not going to win this election.

PAM has shown Douglas and the rest of them that PAM is up to the task of stopping Labour’s cheating.

This is the 1st time in history that any Government in the World is holding general elections with the Prime Minister under an injunction not too cheat, with the Supervisor of Elections under an injunction not too cheat.

Remember how Carty got involved, to the disgust of Justice Belle, in transcribing the tapes of the Constituency Boundaries Commission?

And then the transcript could not be certified, because Carty had got the staff of the high Court Registry involved in the transcript, to the disgust of Justice Belle?

Remember it got so uncomfortable for the Labour lawyers? They did not want the transcript to come before the Court? Well, guess when that case was adjourned to.

Yes, people, the 25th of January, 2010. This country is going into general elections on the 25th of January, 2010 and the case brought by the People’s Action Movement that put n injunction on Prime Minister Douglas from bringing in new boundaries in the way he was doing is adjourned to 25th January, 2010.
