Solstice Explorer Departs St. Kitts

Three more cruise ships visited St. Kitts Wednesday, bringing to the number of ships berthing for the week to 11.
Arriving from St. Thomas was the 2,850-passenger-118,000 ton Celebrity Solstice with 3,058 passengers on board and a crew of 1242. The Solstice sailed for St. Maarten.
The 3,840-passenger-137,000-ton Explorer of the Seas arrived from St. Maarten with 3,460 passengers and a crew of 1250 before departing for New Jersey. The Solstice and Explorer berth at Port Zante.
The 400-passenger Silver Shadow, which docked at the deep Water Port, arrived from Guadeloupe with 348 passengers and 292 crew. It sailed in the evening for the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Over 13,300 passengers visited St. Kitts the 11 ships since Sunday.
The 2,600-passenger Queen Mary comes on Thursday 31st and the 3,473-passenger Carnival Victory on Friday 1st January.
