St. Kitts and Nevis is among Taiwan’s Caribbean allies that have endorsed a bid for its participation in two specialised agencies of the United Nations.

Taiwan is pushing to be included in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the International Civil Aviation Organisation.

The Taiwanese Central News Agency quotes officials as saying besides St. Kitts and Nevis that endorsed the signature drive were St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Belize and St. Lucia.

The allies that did not sign either of the documents included Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

  1. Good old bribery…Taiwan gives lots of money to St. Kitts – Nevis for various projects, and then the Federation votes in favor of whatever the commie bastards want.
