St. Kitts is featured two three-minute videos on the website of a leading British newspaper, while Nevis’ Four Season’s Golf Course is listed among the Caribbean Top 10.

In the British Telegraph video on its “Heritage and Culture” Section, local Heritage Specialist, Mrs. Jackie Armony and local tour guide Mr. Christian Rameshwar, depict St. Kitts as a “cultural and holiday destination” that “provides the perfect getaway for all” in the April 6th edition.

However, there is more than sun and sand that meets the eye with its historical past and Armony and Rameshwar talk viewers through the island’s most famous hot spots to visit, including the St. Kitts Scenic Railway, Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park, Caribelle Batik making at Romney Manor, Wingfield Estate, Old Road men playing dominoes and the St. Kitts masquerades performing.

Nevis Four Season’s Golf Course is picked by Charles Starmer-Smith among the Top 10 Caribbean locations where nature and design conspire to set a golfer’s heart racing.

“Designed by Robert Trent Jones Junior, it rises through the lush rainforest, with the volcanic slopes of Nevis Peak providing a dramatic backdrop. Green vervet monkeys, tropical foliage and the ruins of an old sugar mill give a taste of island flora, fauna and history. The 18th hole is a fitting finish ““ the only seaside green, overlooking the surf of Pinney’s Beach. Signature hole, the 15th, at the highest point of the resort, where you can enjoy an uninterrupted view across to Nevis’s sister island of St. Kitts before you tackle this 600-yard monster par-five,” said Starmer-Smith in the article which appeared in the April 9th edition.

The April 4th edition of the Daily Telegraph, the video in the “Wildlife and Nature” section highlights the major dive sites with its beautiful corals and thousands of fish species and a glimpse of the rainforest with the smallest hummingbird in the world.
