One of Philadelphia’s 100 Most Influential Black Women is the featured speaker at an International Women’s Day Forum on Sunday.
Wireless Philadelphia’s Chief Operations Officer, Agnes Ogletree, will address the forum organised by Wining with Women at the St. Kitts Marriott Beach Resort and Royal Beach casino at 4:00 P.M.
The forum, which has as its theme: “Women Voices making a difference,” is a call for women from all walks of life to form a strategic alliance and portray unity in diversity.
“Women are the wombs of our nation and in the face of our current national situation we are calling for all women to get together regardless for creed, race or political affiliation, with the hope that this would be a catalyst needed for change in our beloved community,” the organisers said in a statement.
Agnes Ogletree is simply an exceptional human being whose creativity, positive energy, business skills, personal charm and commitment to social justice have made an enormous impact on the Philadelphia community.
Today at Wireless Philadelphia, her management and advocacy are key to realizing the Wireless vision of the “Entire City Connected” through Digital Inclusion.
