- St. Kitts to Antigua: three flights weekly
- St. Kitts to Dominica: twice a week
- St. Kitts to Tortola: twice a week
These routes are expected to greatly enhance the availability of short regional connections while opening new opportunities for inter-island travel.

Dominica will also see increased access to nearby islands as WINAIR launches several direct flights to major destinations:
