St. Kitts Marriott Resort Awaits Contest Winner

St. Kitts – Nevis is among several Caribbean and Latin American nations where lucky South Florida residents can choose in six vacation getaways being offered by American Airlines.

American Airlines which operates a non-stop service from Miami International Airport to St. Kitts’ Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport announced St. Kitts as one of six vacation getaways complete with airfare and luxurious accommodations.

The prize for Week 1 is to the St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino.

During the American Airlines Vacations Getaway Sweepstakes, which runs during the next six weeks, one lucky winner will be selected in a random drawing about every 8 – 10 days to receive a vacation getaway for themselves and up to three companions.The destination prize changes each week and includes St. Kitts, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Curacao, the Bahamas and Cancun.

The sweepstakes is open to Florida residents age 18 years and older. To enter, simply visit http://www.aa.com/betterway through Jan. 4, 2008, and complete an official entry form. The first vacation getaway will be awarded Nov. 20, 2007.

“From South Florida, no one flies to more destinations in the Bahamas, Caribbean and Latin America than American and American Eagle,” said American’s Senior Vice President-Miami, Caribbean and Latin America, Peter Dolora.

He said that the sweepstakes highlights a few of those destinations, and at the same time, underscores the importance placed on the leisure traveler in South Florida.

“We’re determined to attract our fair share of the leisure market, and we’re not going to be shy about letting customers know that we offer an array of product features that make American Airlines a better way to get there.”
