Nationals of St. Kitts and Nevis residing in St. Maarten and the British Virgin Islands have expressed thanks and appreciation to Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas.

Prime Minister Douglas, who recently updated nationals in both territories on developments in their homeland, was lauded for the positive achievements made over the years in the face of global challenges.

Mrs. Orindelle Malone presented Dr. Douglas with a plaque on behalf of nationals residing in the British Virgin Islands during his recent visit to attend the 49th Meeting of the OECS Authority.

“We want to express our deep appreciation for your service to the people of St. Kitts and Nevis,” said Malone.

In Philipsburg, President of the newly-formed St. Kitts and Nevis Foundation of Sint Maarten, Ms. Frances Henry, presented a plaque to Dr. Douglas following his installation of the new Board.
