Anybody who has visited my web site, knows that The Oualie Beach Hotel is my absolute favorite place on Nevis to visit. On my very first visit to Nevis I fell in love with the beach, food, drinks, and most importantly the staff at Oualie….not to mention the “regulars” who hang out here. To me Oualie says “Nevis”! From the “locals”, ex-pats, tourists, and frequent visitors to Nevis that drop in to Oualie, you can really get a view of what Nevis is all about. First Drink Recipe…The “Tragic Magic”
I thought I would kick off the recipe section with a drink recipe…surprise there eh? This rather strong drink was concocted for me by my favorite bartender on Nevis, Alison, of Nisbet Plantation fame.
