St. Kitts’ Warner Park Cricket Stadium will host two One-Day International between Australia and the West Indies in July next year.
According to the Caribbean Media Corporation (CMC), the final two ODI’s will be played at Warner Park on July 4th and 6th.
The touring Australians arrive in the Caribbean for the 2008 Digicel Home Series on May 12th and play the First Test at Sabina Park in Jamaica from May 22nd to 26th.

The addition of a helicopter service is expected to boost the growing tourism attractions in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
Leeward Islands Helicopters Ltd began operations from a makeshift helipad at Frigate Bay on November 1st using a 4-seater Robinson R44 helicopter.
The new attraction, which has employed 8 local persons, offers visitors and residents breathtaking panoramic views via island tours, private charters and custom tours of St. Kitts and Nevis.

The Stanford 20-20 Nevis Pro-Team will be a reality by December 01,2007 Chief Operations Officer of Stanford Twenty20, Barbadian Adrian Griffith has said.
Griffith, who now resides in Antigua after being appointed in June, spent the last three days here, coordinating a two-day camp at Grove Park for 30 invited Nevisian cricketers.
He said St Lucia and Anguilla should be on board by November 1, making Nevis the fourth pro-team to be established in the region. Antigua and Barbuda, established in July, was the first.

The Ministry of Tourism, Sports and Culture is set to fulfill yet another commitment as it continues to reach out to partner with all stakeholders and sporting associations to improve the standard of sports in St. Kitts and Nevis.
The latest fulfillment of that strategy is the procurement of a new high quality all weather sports mat for Basketball City to a value of approximately EC$55,000 and which is expected to be shipped to St Kitts in the second week of October.
The decision to obtain a new improved surface for basketball was made after consultation with the St. Kitts Amateur Basketball Association (SKABA) and a pledge of financial support from the St. Kitts and Nevis Olympic Committee (SKNOC). It was agreed that Government would provide 50% of the funding and that the old mat would be replaced as soon as funds could be jointly made available and the new surface sourced. The fact that Government was later required to provide more than 80% of the funding resulted in a short but understandable delay in compiling the required funding.
