Small and micro-enterprises were the main beneficiaries of a multi-million dollar fund, set up by the Stanford Group of Companies in partnership with the government of St. Kitts/Nevis and managed by the indigenous Development Bank of St. Kitts/Nevis.
Details of the $10 million fund and how it would work were provided during a ceremony last Friday to officially launch the “Empowerment for Ownership: Small Business Initiative” programme.
