More land for churches, mechanical garages and a day care centre have been made available to applicants on St. Kitts.
The Federal Cabinet, under the chairmanship of Prime Minister and Minister of Sustainable Development, Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas, on Monday approved applications for a private Day-Care Centre in Cayon, a Moravian Church in Keys Village and the New Birth Tabernacle Church in Cayon as well as a mechanical garage and churches in Sandy Point.
Similar applications were approved recently for land in the Lime Kiln Commercial and Institutional Development area where churches, schools and business places are to be located.
Prime Minister Douglas recently visited a number of sites in St. Paul’s, Sandy Point, Lodge, Cayon, Keys, Old Road and Verchilds to look at several areas indentifed by a technical committe for allocation to applicants for commerical enterprises and residences.
