- Poached pear negroni
I am Trinidadian, but unfortunately, a lot of my family’s recipe’s are NOT written down. This book was awesome, and some of these flavors provided me with such a sense of nostalgia for the majority of the year when I’m not at home with my family. Hope this is not the last we see of Brigid!
I really enjoyed being guided by this cookbook. It also provides a list of ingredients with just the right amount of directions. It was easy to follow. I also really like the author’s unique approach of using similar ingredients throughout the book. After a while, I always had most of the ingredients without needing to run to the store.
An easy to follow recipe book that will have you feeling like a celebrity chef in no time. Vibrant pictures; which made me feel 10 times more confident when my version of the dishes resembled the masterpiece….Just order the book already!
