The accolades continue to be bestowed upon the intimate Nisbet Plantation Beach Club on Nevis. Right on the heels of its honors on the CondÃ© Nast Traveler 2014 Gold List of the World’s Best Places to Stay and Travel + Leisure T+L 500 List of the World’s Best Hotels for 2014, Nisbet Plantation has just earned two more noteworthy awards.
TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice
TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site, recognized Nisbet Plantation with two 2014 Travelers’ Choice Awards. Nisbet Plantation was named among the “Top 25 Hotels and Resorts in the Caribbean” and Top 25 Hotels for Romance in the Caribbean.” The 36-room Nevis resort was the only property on St. Kitts and Nevis to be honored in this year’s awards.
In the 12th year of the awards, the world’s most outstanding properties were identified in the categories of Top Hotels, Bargain, B&Bs and Inns, Family, Luxury, Romance, and Small Hotels. Travelers’ Choice award winners were determined based on the reviews and opinions of millions of TripAdvisor travelers around the globe.

U.S. News & World Report Best Hotels Awards
Nisbet Plantation has also received recognition as one of the 2014 Best Hotels in the Caribbean by U.S. News & World Report. For the second year in a row, Nisbet Plantation ranked within the Top 10 Hotels in the region.
“The 2014 Best Hotels were selected because they meet the highest standards of travel experts and guests alike,” said Miriam Weiner, travel editor for U.S. News. “These properties are renowned in the travel industry for their luxury amenities and quality customer service.”
The 2014 Best Hotels recognize properties that were ranked based on an unbiased methodology that includes the collective opinion of travel experts and guests, expressed through online reviews and ratings. To create this year’s rankings, U.S. News factored in the prominence of industry awards a hotel receives along with its reputation among travel experts and guests. In total, 271 Caribbean hotels were evaluated for the 2014 rankings.
