Oualie Beach Resort has been named, “Top affordable boutique Caribbean property”, and Premier and Minister of Tourism, the Hon. Joseph Parry says he is extremely pleased with this additional “˜feather-in-the-cap’ recognition for Nevis Tourism.
Speaking from his Bath Plain office, Premier Parry told the Department of Information, that Oualie Beach Resort received the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence for 2012.
“This certificate is an outstanding recognition of the staff and Managing Director of Oualie Beach Resort, Mr. John Yearwood”, said Premier Parry.
“Oualie Beach Resort continues to promote itself as a leading, affordable choice for visitors to Nevis.”
Meanwhile, Managing Director John Yearwood said, that “as a family-owned and operated, full-service boutique property, Oualie Beach offers a variety of amenities typical of larger accommodations while maintaining a familiar and friendly service to its customers.”
This year alone, Oualie Beach Resort has won Best Budget Hotel for the second consecutive year in the 2nd Annual Caribbean Travel and Leisure’s Readers Choice Awards 2011, and was named one of 20 Awesome Beach Front Hotels Under $200 in the February 2012 issue of Caribbean Travel and Life Magazine.
