The grants must be used for the provision of tools, materials, or basic equipment for community members requiring support to put into practice the training received under the livelihood sub-project for new or existing arts and crafts, tour guiding, agro processing enterprises and the like.  Persons who meet the criteria and can provide proof of alternative training can also apply.  The Seed Fund will invest up to EC$10,500 per small business.
